As an executive chef, I find immense joy in the ability of food to bring happiness and create memorable experiences.

Alongside with my wife Carmen Escalante, 20 years ago, we have embarked on a new venture and established our own event planning company called A Perfect Event by Carmen.

Together, we strive to bring passion for culinary excellence and expertise in organizing events to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

With my extensive knowledge and experience in the culinary world, combined with Carmen's impeccable event planning skills, we make a formidable team!!

In a few words

I have been a chef for over 20 years, and throughout my career, I have had the incredible opportunity to travel to South Korea and Mexico to share my culinary expertise through teaching cooking classes.

It has been an absolute joy for me to be a part of my clients' most special moments, such as their wedding celebrations, by preparing exquisite meals that will truly leave a lasting impression.

The process of crafting these special dishes allows me to showcase my creativity and culinary skills, constantly pushing myself to deliver the most delectable and visually stunning creations.

Each celebration presents a new challenge and an opportunity for me to tailor the menu specifically to the client's preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring that every bite is a delightful experience.
